About "Drag and drop"  (list)

While the drag&drop button (depicted above) is pressed on the top toolbar, a file can be placed on the page by dragging and dropping it on the browser window. 

• A level greater than Level 3 (Allow attached file) permission is needed to upload.
• The permission is configured on "Permission Level"  in  Page property manager.
